Swimmers with Top 2 times in each event and swimmers with at
least 4 Zone QT's are eligible for the LC Zone Team.
13&O swimmers who
have participated (or have qualified in an individual event) in
any of the following meets may not participate in the Zone meet
-- USA Swimming Junior National Championships, US Open, USA
Swimming National Championships, or a Trials Class meet.
