USA Swimming Report of
Occurrence Form
The
Report of Occurrence Form is now an online on the USA Swimming
website.
All reports must be submitted using the online form. You
will receive an email confirmation with the data submitted for
your records.
We left the old paper copy on our site so you could use it to
gather the necessary information.

Updated Meet
Announcement Template
The
updated
Standard Meet Template has been posted.
An optional statement that identifies if a host team will be
starting one length races from the turn end of the pool versus
the start end has been added.

2012-2013 Meet
Schedule Template
The
template for next year's meet schedule
has been posted.
Technical Planning will accept bids through
31 March. Bids received on 1
April and beyond will be first come, first served based on venue
availability.

New Procedures
Effective immediately,
in accordance with
revised USA Swimming
Privacy Policy, Meet
Manager Backup Files and
CommLink files will no
longer be posted on our
website. Host
Clubs must now provide
the MM Backup file and
the Meet Results file to all
participating teams and
the Business Office
(backup only) within 24 hours of
completion of the meet.
We will be revising our
policies and cleaning up
the website shortly.
Clubs who need backup
files from this SC
season's meets should
request a copy from the
Business Office.
Questions / Comments should be addressed
to the
Business Office.
Effective
1 February 2012, in
order to ensure equitable access and accurate information, all
Meet Announcements for
our sanctioned/approved
meets will be released
via our website (Meet
Schedule) and will
no longer be distributed
to participating teams
by the Host Club.

Championship season is almost here!
Don't forget to download/install the latest Meet Manager update
from Hy-Tek.
The current version is 4.0Ch.
- Please check the
appropriate meet page on the website and send the listed
information to the Webmaster.
- If you have a
logo/graphic for your meet, please send it to the Webmaster
for use on the meet page.
- Please send your MM
Backup file to the Webmaster as soon as your entries are
completed so we can post the Psych Sheets.
- Please send your MM
Backup file to the Webmaster nightly for the Region Champs
meets so we can post the interim results/scores.
- Please send your MM
Backup to the Webmaster at the completion of your
District/Region meets so we can post the results quickly to
facilitate entries to the next level meet.
- Send pictures of your
meet to the Webmaster for posting.

Disqualification Slips for each of their meets.
Order the slips from the
USA Swimming Online Store. Recommend 2 packets per
meet.

Bidding will remain open until 10 May.
The new schedule will be released on 15
May.
The Technical Planning Chair will continue to take bids
throughout the year on a first come, first served basis.
