USA Swimming has discontinued the
National Top 16 Program in favor of the new
National Age Group Recognition Program. The program
concept was approved at the USA Swimming Convention in September
and was announced in November. It is effective this swim
year. Top 10 Motivational Times for
Individual Events and
Relays have also been published.
