"Age Up Date" for these lists is 8 August 2012 (first day of
the meet).
These lists exclude ineligible swimmers and swimmers
who are not willing/available to attend the Zone LC Age Group
Championships.
We will post updated lists each month of the season
and the final list right after the Virginia Swimming LC
Age Group Champs
meet.

Reminder:
Swimmers with Top 2 times in each event and swimmers with at
least 4 Zone QT's are eligible for the LC Zone Team.
13&O swimmers who
have participated (or have qualified in an individual event) in
any of the following meets may not participate in the SC Zone
meet -- USA Swimming Junior Nationals, USA Swimming Spring
Championships (using the 18&Y qualifying times), US Open, USA
Swimming Nationals, or a Trials Class meet.
